  • The second concert for this year was Renee Fleming. Although I’m not always into opera, Ms Fleming is legendary and it was a really nice concert. The orchestra was also wonderful.   • It is pouring down raining and it is March 26! I cannot remember the last time it rained this time of the year. My first year here, it poured and poured rain for about three days flooding the streets. However, it rained in February. This is extremely strange weather….It looks like it is going to last all day….   • Today has been amazingly quiet and lazy. Woke up at 5.30 – went back to sleep until 8.30. Got up around 9ish and had some breakfast. Went to yoga at 10. Went to get my nails done around 11.45 and returned by 2. Was at the pool for two hours soaking up the sun and relaxing. Came inside – cats and I took a short nap.
