A Lost Month, But Rediscovering My Rhythm

Honestly, I do not know how a month has passed since my last posting here.

I am doing quite a bit of writing elsewhere, but despite it being on my regular todo list, I seem to skip over sharing what’s going on in this space. Anyway, I am feeling as if I am slowly getting into a space where I understand the disruptions of travel or visitors, but can also do my writing.

It’s not yet a well-balanced approach, but I feel the footing is finally presenting itself better. Sort of like the invisible bridge in Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade (1989), where you have to first believe there is a bridge, and then throw some dirt on top of it to keep it visible so that you can continue crossing over the perilous valley below.

So, what have I been doing? While we were actually home for most of it, the highlight was my birthday-week celebrating both in London with a mix of culture, concerts, good restaurants and excellent visits with friends & family (in-laws). Then, we celebrated just this last Friday with a big bash with people who actually mean something to me as well as lots of dancing to shake out the stresses, negative energies, and pent up emotions.

On top of that, the World Cup frenzy has continued over here. With most of the matches starting late at night, my biorhythms have been disrupted, which doesn’t help mixed moods or edgy moments. Still, the higher beings have protected me by also giving me abundance in friendships and new opportunities. I’m excited about what the fall will bring as plans are being developed for new projects, which always gives me a boost of energy.

For now, this is a brief overview of how the past month has been. I hope to get back onto here more often now and start sharing some other bits and pieces.

Until then,
