Another year has come with so many possibilities ahead.

I spent New Year’s Eve with some friends, which was both nice and strange at the same time. R was not there and yet we were on better terms than we have been the past week. Still, it was quite a lovely evening.

We carried out a Greek tradition with a cake cooked with a coin. The person who receives the piece with the coin is said to have good luck the upcoming year. Guess who got it for 2014?

So, that’s a good way to start a new year!

I have been doing some thinking and planning. Although I do not do resolutions per se, but reflections and revisions, I am still processing it out. When I feel a bit more resolute, I will post.

For now, things are looking up!

Happy New Year!!
